“Grief, I’ve learned, is really just love. It’s all the love you want to give, but cannot. All of that unspent love gathers in the corners of your eyes, the lump in your throat, and in the hollow part of your chest. Grief is just love with no place to go.”
When a loved one dies, we experience grief. It is not something we choose. Yet it is a part of life. It can be confusing, painful, full of conflicting emotions, and lonely.
We offer a safe, confidential space where grief can be processed, experiences shared, community fostered, and isolation reduced.
