Come one and all to this Chili Cook-Off featuring some of your favourite local talent and restauranteurs!
Competitors will be competing for YOUR VOTE in four categories: Best Heat, Best Meat, Best Vegan, and People’s Choice.
The $10 entrance fee gets you 8 samples of the best chili Cumberland has to offer, musical entertainment, and crafts and games for the kids. All $ raised will be split between the Cumberland Community School Society and the restoration of the old Cumberland United Church building at 2688 Penrith Ave., home to Weird Church, The Gallery @ Weird Church, Adventure Daycare, Cumberland Food Share, and the Cumberland Culture and Arts Society.
There will be prizes for the four categories above as well as door prizes for those in attendance.
Taste the work of Biblio Taco, The Waverly, Whole Glow Café, Babe's food truck, Cumberland Bakery, Jessica Wilson, Adventure Daycare, & Perseverance Physio and Wellness. May the best Chili win!
