As we race through life, we often forget to be grateful, forget to use our senses to appreciate the world. This month we will allow our senses of touch, smell, hearing, movement to wake us up to the incredible miracle of what it means to be alive. Noticing, savouring, and giving thanks for these gifts is a powerful practice - our gratitude muscles need strengthening though, and like any other muscle, get stronger the more we use them.
This is a bit of a longer hike (about 2 km each way) so please use judgement as to whether you are physically ready for this venture or not, and don’t forget to dress for the weather!
